Why Setup an account?
- Lets you quickly re-order your favorite meals
- Receive coupons, specials and other great deals
- After setting up your account, you'll have access to "My Account", your personal control panel for managing your account, allowing you to: setup and change favorite orders, view previous orders and receive coupons.
Your First Order
Ordering takeout online is quick & easy to do!
First, select the items from the menu and add them to your cart.
Next, create your account -- it only takes a minute!
Lastly, check out and select the time you want your order ready for pick up or delivery (if available).
Editing your Order
If your order is open, click on the Edit link.
Next, select the area you want to Edit (e.g., the items, pick-up/delivery time, payment info, or contact info).
Finally, make any changes and click the "Save Changes" button.
If your order is not open then your order has already been sent to the restaurant. You will need to contact the restaurant directly regarding any changes.
Your Orders
Once you place your first order, you can visit "View Previous Orders" to review your open and past orders.
If your order is still open, you can edit or cancel your order before it is received by the restaurant.
Get the details of any of your past orders by clicking on “View Previous Orders”
Re-order your favorite items by clicking on "Place This Order Again.” This will add the same order to your cart, which you can modify before checking out.
How do I change or cancel my order?
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER
First, check the "View Cart" to see if your order is still open.
If your order is open, click on the Edit link.
Next, select the area you want to Edit (e.g., the items, pick-up/delivery time, payment info, or contact info).
Finally, make any changes and click the "Save Changes" button.
If your order is not open then your order has already been sent to the restaurant. You will need to contact the restaurant directly about any changes.
Canceling your Order
First, check the "View Cart" to see if your order is still open.
If your order is open, click on the View Cart link.
Click on Remove item(s)”
Click on Continue Shopping
If your order is not open then your order has already been sent to the restaurant, and cannot be cancelled
Credit Cards
Simply enter in your credit card information on the Check Out page and submit it along with your order.
Returning Customers
As a returning customer, you have access to the following features:
- My Account: Manage your personal account information
- My Orders: View past and open orders, edit, or cancel your open orders

Help With Your Order If you need to cancel or change your order:
1. Check to see if the order has been sent to the restaurant. To do this, click on "View Cart" and see if the order is open. If it is, you can still cancel or edit the order.
2. If your order is not open then your order has already been sent to the restaurant, and cannot be cancelled.

What do I do if I forgot my Username or Password?
Forgot your password?
Go to the login page, and select: Click here to have it e-mailed to you. Your password will be sent to your email address. How do I change my Password?
Log in to Oneclickdining and go to My Account. Select Modify Personal Information
Enter and confirm a new Password, and click Continue. Can Oneclickdining remember by Username and Password?
The Web site will automatically remember your Username, but not your Password. For security, reasons you will be asked to enter your Password each time you log in.

Whom should I call if there is a problem with my order?
The restaurant is the best initial contact for order inquiries. If your order is late or the restaurant made a mistake in fulfilling your order, please contact them directly. Where is my food?

I received a confirmation estimating my time of delivery and now the order is late.

I received an Order Confirmation email from the restaurant, but they claim to have no record of my order.
If you received an Order Confirmation Email, the restaurant got your order. Please contact Oneclickdining immediately by replying to your Order Confirmation Email, or by emailingcustomerservice@1-clk.com
I am having trouble ordering one of my Favorites, or from an order in my order history.
Either the restaurant is not open at the time you are trying to order, or the restaurant has updated their menu and the item you are trying to order is no longer available.
How do I know that the restaurant received my order?
If you received an Order Confirmation Email, the restaurant got your order.
I did not receive an Order Confirmation Email.
You should receive an Order Confirmation Email within two to four minutes of placing an order. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation Email, please confirm that you are receiving outside email and that your email program has not moved your confirmation to a spam folder. If the problem persists, your firm's email server is marking our confirmations as spam. In either case, please contact customer service by emailing customerservice@1-clk.com. You may also check the status of your order in Order History.
How much do I tip the driver?
For most restaurants and caterers, the tip for delivery defaults to 15% of your total, rounded up to the nearest $0.50 increment. For orders less than $15.00, the tip defaults to $1.50.
